IP Systems > Video & Conferencing > Video Conferencing

Video conferencing used to be an expensive exercise, requiring massive investment in equipment for your conference room. That's all changed, with new applications and lower-cost equipment making visual communications an intrinsic part of your working day.

The quality and cost of cameras makes visual communications a much more viable proposition these days. Now, with IP Systems' Video Conferencing application, you can stage video conferences anytime, scheduled or unscheduled.

IP Systems' Video Conferencing service joins up to eight parties in an interactive video session. You connect via a high speed broadband connection using compatible video conference equipment. There's no need to pay for multi-conference units or software licences and upgrades as the conferencing functionality is operated centrally by IP systems across our IP network.

We can recommend the ideal cost effective video conference set-up for each of your locations to ensure high grade video all the time. Options range from personal desktop units through to boardroom conference settings, with plasma screen and mounted cameras. IP Systems is a Polycom Certified Product Specialist for voice & visual communications.
