Reception Console IP Systems' Reception Console can be centralised or shared, making it easier to manage incoming calls for a business spread across multiple locations. It will drive efficiencies for your organisation whilst improving customer service.
The Reception Console is a desktop application that provides a single point of contact between the person answering the call and your entire organisation, making
callers unaware that the receptionist might be located in a different city. Your company will appear
as one, single, cohesive operation.
All calls can be answered in one location or shared across multiple locations. You can also move reception duties at different times of the day – for example, to extend reception hours with a “follow the sun” approach.

It's intuitive design makes it easy to use, with minimal training. New staff will be able to pick it up
quickly and effectively.
The Reception Console can be operated from any workstation with an appropriate handset, so receptionist duties can be moved around during breaks, leave or sickness.
The console offers the same rich features you'd expect from a fully featured PBX, including call
hold, transfer and number display.
The software integrates with LDAP and other corporate directories, such as Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange, enabling easy mouse-click routing of calls.
It's an inexpensive and easy to install system that enhances your IP telephony solution.
