VoiceManager Administrator This course provides the skills required for administrators to efficiently modify telephony users and groups, profile information and time schedules, as well as phone numbers assigned to groups, departments and service packs. Full day
VoiceManager User This course provides the skills required for handset users to understand the features and functionality of IP Handsets and standard VoiceManager product packages. Half day
VoiceManager Advanced Features This course provides the skills required for administrators and users to understand advanced VoiceManager features such as auto attendant as well as desktop applications such as CallBar and CallStation feature packages. Half day
Call Centre Administrator This course provides the skills necessary to increase Call Centre productivity. Supervisors will determine training gaps and requirements by adopting benchmarks reflecting call outcomes. 2 day
Call Centre Supervisor/Agent This course provides the skills required to answer, direct and complete calls more quickly in a Call Centre. Call Centre agents will learn to perform call-control and agent state control functions. Supervisors will learn to monitor and record agent calls. Full day
OnSite Training - Customised IP Systems will work with you to assess your organisation and assess your current telephony needs and customise training content accordingly. Any available 1-2 day
